The concept is inspired by the Emirate's diverse landscape, including the rugged Hajar Mountains and serene beaches, as well as its historical forts and settlements. The center seeks to become a symbol of preservation, culture, and identity, embodying both historical treasures and contemporary trends.

The center aims to blend Fujairah's rich cultural heritage with a modern architectural design.

The MBZ Commercial Center include its strategic location in Mohamed Bin Zayed City, Fujairah, spanning a site area of 11,682.56 square meters.

The design emphasizes connectivity and circulation, with well-defined corridors and easy access to various amenities. The center also prioritizes convenience with ample parking space, including 158 parking spots in Option 1, 169 spots in Option 2, and 155 spots in Option 3. Additionally, the center incorporates service facilities such as service cores, toilets, administrative offices, service corridors, and storage areas to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

The center will offer a comprehensive retail experience with anchor shops, line shops, and a variety of F&B outlets.
